To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit $150. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received and until this time other bookings may book your requested date. The final balance, less deposit, must be received by the event date. For more info view Terms and Conditions.

As a Victoria based company, any events taking place outside of this location will incur an additional travel fee which may include car travel, airfares or accommodation. This may also include travel between various locations while on shoot. Payment for travel expenses will be advise via quoting process and usually requested to be paid when placing a deposit. We've filmed hundreds of videos and every video showcases our expertise and creativity. Rest assued you're in good hands! We also hold to the highest regard the importance of creating a video that represents your needs. So prior to filming please provide us with your input and any expectations you may have so we can include this.

If you would like the original unedited footage, this is of course possible. Please be mindful this will be an additional cost and the files themselves will be quite large to store and transfer.

Videos are delivered via email with a Google Drive link and clear instructions to download in high quality version. We have found this is the fastest, most efficient and eco-friendly method. Once you have received the delivery email we encourage you to save two copies of your video; one on your computer and one online as a back up (just in case!).
